In the field of solar electricity, dynamic production and profitability analyses, design, import and sale of solar power plant equipment and accessories, and construction (mainly in the form of turnkey solutions) are carried out for both end customers and main contractors.

The main activity in the field of energy efficiency is dynamic simulations of energy efficiency and the implementation of energy labels for new and significantly reconstructed buildings, as well as building energy audits.

The main area for Energiapartner OÜ in 2022 was the turnkey construction of solar power plants for both private and business customers. The private customer sector was strongly stimulated by state support measures. The entire renewable energy sector was most affected by the sharp rise in energy prices and Russian aggression in Ukraine, which increased the need for local energy production and significantly changed supply chains and purchase prices. The overall macroeconomic development in the renewable energy sector was exponential and strong, which was also reflected in the company's financial results.

The seasonality of business operations was mainly affected by the winter climate, which made construction more difficult or expensive. The economic situation in the sector was generally positive, but there was a cooling down at the end of the year, which was mainly due to rising interest rates. Environmental impacts were net negative, as the main area of activity itself reduces the environmental footprint. By the end of the year, a total of 50MWp of solar energy had been installed, which in turn meant 110,000MWh of green energy and a CO2 saving of 66,000t. The social impacts of business operations were positive, supporting various camps (e.g. children's energy camp), purchasing generators for Ukrainian partners, and offering additional training for employees. There were no major risks associated with financial instruments during the reporting year, as the company had no loan obligations or securities. Currency risks were minimal, as most foreign partners are in the EU economic zone.

In 2022, Energiapartner SIA built its first solar power plants in Latvia. A total of approximately 3MW of solar power plants were installed and energy specialists were hired. In the summer of 2022, Energiapartner OÜ established a subsidiary, Storagepartner OÜ, which deals with business customer storage solutions. A total of approximately 1MWh of business customer batteries were installed, making Storagepartner OÜ one of the largest battery suppliers and installers in Estonia. In the autumn of 2022, the company moved to a new, larger office and the warehouse was also moved to a new location.
